After another busy week of play, the TCU Horned Frogs will once again come in atop the ITA National Team Rankings, earning the No. 1 position in the Division I Men’s ITA Collegiate Tennis National Team Rankings sponsored by Tennis-Point for Apr. 5.
Dropping a match to Big 12 foe Baylor (No. 4) on Mar. 25, the Horned Frogs were able to best the Bears this past week, securing their tenth Top-25 win of the season after the 4-3 victory in Waco this past Sunday.
Miami (FL) (No. 28) and Ole Miss (No. 35) are the biggest movers since the Mar. 30 Team Rankings. Both move up eight spots in the National Team Rankings after picking up ranked wins this past week.
In addition to Team Rankings, both Singles and Doubles Rankings were also released.
Across the Singles Rankings, Florida’s Ben Shelton remains in the top spot, while Baylor’s Adrian Boitan (No. 4) soars up to the Top-Five after taking down three consecutive Top-25 opponents.
In the Apr. 5 Doubles Rankings, Ohio State’s Robert Cash and Matej Vocel remain the No. 1 ranked pair in the nation, while San Diego’s August Holmgren and Guilherme Osorio move up 20 spots this week as they look to claim the WCC automatic NCAA qualifying spot.
