Coaching responsibilities include: assisting with all aspects of coaching. Individual workouts, practice planning, coaching at practice and in matches, conditioning, video, and recruiting on and off campus.
Compensation: $15,000 PLUS opportunity for significant additional income.
This position allows you to generate income as a Staff Pro at the University Tennis Center, which has 6 indoor and 12 outdoor courts. This includes already established clinics and private lessons. Coaching, lessons, clinics, and summer camps give you an opportunity to earn income year around. However, please understand we are looking first and foremost for someone interested in a career in college coaching. Teaching is limited when we are in season due to time demands of coaching the college team. There are no benefits for this position. Details will be discussed with all candidates via phone interviews.
Candidates should have a strong playing background and very positive character references.
Teaching experience is preferred.
