The Hawks won five singles matches while the Knights won one. Two matches – the #2 singles match between Kyle Lopez of Cosumnes River and Estaban Palacios of Shasta and the #3 singles match between Mac Samson of the Hawks and Talon Overstreet of the Knights – ended with the Hawks’ representatives winning 6-0, 6-0. Two matches – the #4 singles match between Steven Vang of UC Santa Cruz and Jimmy Pettyjohn of Shasta and the #5 singles match between Kee Thao of the Hawks and Brad Booth of the Knights – ended with the Hawks’ player winning 6-0, 6-1. The #6 singles match was declared a Hawks’ victory via forfeit. The tightest singles match of the day was the #1 singles match between Chia Vang of Cosumnes River and Chris Crowe of the Knights. Crowe defeated Vang 3-6, 6-4, Forfeit
The Hawks won all three doubles matches. In the #2 doubles match between Lopez and C. Vang of Cosumnes River and Booth and Overstreet of Shasta, Lopez and C. Vang defeated Booth and Overstreet 8-0. The #3 doubles match was declared a victory for the Hawks via forfeit. The tightest match was the #1 doubles match between Samson and S. Vang of the Hawks and Crowe/Palacios of the Knights, Samson and S. Vang defeated Crowe and Palacios 8-2.
