It may have come a week later than expected, but Lynn University’s women’s tennis team has claimed the No. 1 position in the Oracle/ITA Division II Women’s Rankings. The Blue and White move up three spots from No. 4.
Since last week’s release, the Fighting Knights have posted wins over then-No. 1 Barry (5-2), No. 12 Florida Southern (7-0) and Tampa (7-0) to remain undefeated on the season at 16-0. Lynn holds a 7-0 mark in conference play and has taken down seven ranked opponents.
