A new format will also be implemented in 2019 as the singles draw sizes have been increased from eight to 16 for NCAA Division II, III and NAIA. The draw sizes will remain at eight for NAIA doubles and Junior College singles and doubles.

ITA Cup divisional singles winners and doubles champions will receive wild cards into the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships scheduled for Nov. 6-10 in Newport Beach, California.
