Assistant Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach

Virginia Wesleyan University has an immediate opening for a part-time Assistant Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach. The Assistant Coach will aid in all aspects of the tennis programs, while complying with all University, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to: organizing and implementing the team’s training program, preparing the team for competitions, supervising and mentoring the student-athletes, recruiting talented student-athletes, and assisting in fundraising activities. Some travel is involved.

Bachelor’s degree required. Candidates should have a valid Virginia driver’s license, First Aid, and CPR/AED. Competitive collegiate tennis and coaching experience preferred.
