In this webinar, Dr. Cody Commander will present a number of common themes in student-athlete mental health, best practices as to how to help your student-athletes with their mental health, and provide a number of resources for future reference. Dr. Commander will also be taking questions from coaches at the end of the presentation.

About Dr. Cody Commander

Dr. Cody CommanderDr. Cody Commander is a Clinical & Sport Psychologist. He is the owner of CCW and is also the Director of Sport Psychology for the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department. He has worked in the clinical setting since 2003, treating various mental health disorders.

Areas of clinical focus include psychological testing, sport psychology, relational distress, anxiety disorders, ADHD and learning disabilities, eating disorders, trauma, and issues with self-esteem. Dr. Commander also serves as a Board Director for the Oklahoma Psychological Association.

Dr. Commander is also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) from the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). He has worked with several various professional athletes and organizations, Olympic athletes and teams, collegiate athletes and programs, and elite youth athletes.
