St. Louis College of Pharmacy is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of tennis assistant coach. Athletics are part of student life at STLCOP, which is a member of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Assist the head coach with the management of practice and development of the team during pre, regular and post season play. Supervise team managers and coordinate with other department staff on practice schedules, statistics and pertinent information. This includes coaching on all away trips.
- Enforce student athlete athletic standards as well as academic standards for the College. Actively recruit enrolled and prospective students. Assist team in balancing rigorous academics with athletics.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in the Education field, at least 2-3 years of coaching experience and a strong desire to work with students in a rigorous academic environment. Candidate must present exceptional leadership and professionalism. Tennis is a spring sport, this position does require some travel and is part-time salaried.
