Warner University, a Christian NAIA institution, member of the Sun Conference invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant or 5th Year Senior for Men’s and Women’s Tennis within the department of Athletics. This position includes a 60% tuition discount and covers two meals per day on campus. Living expenses and books are not covered. The successful applicant must meet the admission requirements for Warner University Graduate School and be prepared to begin working no later than August 26, 2016. Student-athletes with one year left of eligibility would be allowed to start a Master’s program first year and then transition to a Graduate Assistant position the next. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assist the head coach with player development; plan and organize team travel; actively recruit prospective players while following all NAIA rules and regulations; handle all aspects of personal recruiting trips; and assist with all other aspects of a nationally competitive tennis program. Due to the nature of the online learning platform, no I-20’s are available.
Qualifications: Required qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree with related experience. College playing experience and/or equivalent professional experience. Statement of Faith will be requested.
