Virginia Commonwealth University – Volunteer Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach


VCU Athletics is now accepting applications for a Volunteer Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach. VCU is an NCAA Division I-AAA institution and is a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to demonstrated ability in the following: coaching, office administration, player counseling, assisting with recruitment, and other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Tennis Coach. Candidates must have Division I collegiate tennis playing experience, with thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Candidates should have experience working in a culturally diverse environment. A valid driver’s license is required. Previous work experience within a D-1 men’s tennis program is preferred. Successful completion of a criminal background check is required and is a condition of this volunteer appointment.

This is a volunteer position and as such, selected candidates will not receive compensation and are not eligible for benefits.
