In another USTA ITA College Tennis Chat, Andy Katz is joined by University of Florida Athletic Director, Scott Stricklin. Last Wednesday, Stricklin was named the 2020 Athletic Director of the Year at the Sports Business Award Show. He has been at Florida’s helm since 2016 and is one of the top ADs in the country.
Katz and Stricklin talk about the importance of the relationship between the coach and their sport administrator, leveraging team facilities as a revenue source, and Florida’s support of their two programs.
