Coming off of a comeback victory in the National Team Indoor Championships, the North Carolina Tar Heels reaffirmed their place at the top of the Oracle ITA Rankings. Runner-up Texas flip-flopped with UCLA after defeating them 4-2 in a semifinal battle. Northwestern also benefitted from their performance at Indoors. After losing in the opening round to runner-up Texas, the ‘Cats posted a decisive 4-0 victory over shorthanded Oklahoma State and a down-to-the-wire win over then No. 9 Ohio State.
Georgia Tech, Ohio State, and Oklahoma State all dropped a few places in the rankings due to their losses at Indoors. Georgia Tech and Oklahoma State both dropped three places. The Jackets dropped two close matches to Pepperdine and Ohio State over the weekend, but managed to come out victorious against Oklahoma State in their last match of the weekend.
Entering the rankings this week is No. 24 Texas A&M. The Aggies were boosted by strong wins over SMU, Abilene Christian, and TCU.
