Position Overview: Looking for a motivated High-Performance coach to be, but not limited to, a hitting partner for our top level, college bound juniors. An active 13+ UTR is required to be considered for this position. A prior high-level college playing/coaching experience is preferred. This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by Brian Barker, former ATP Touring Coach of the Year who helped James Blake reach a top 5 world ranking.
Compensation is commensurate based on skills and experience.
An evaluation will be done annually to review performance, program development, and compensation
Opportunities for position advancement will also be a part of the annual review
