University of Indianapolis standout Nikol Alekseeva tops the first Oracle ITA Division II Women’s Singles Rankings of the season. The Greyhound junior is undefeated on the season and has been dominating her opponents. Eight of her matches have been decided in straight sets and five of them saw Alekseeva drop no more than two games to her opponent.
Rounding out the top three are West Florida’s Berta Bonardi and Barry’s Deniz Khazan. Bonardi has dropped two matches this season – one of which was to No. 1 Alekseeva. Khazan has yet to drop a match this season and has won all five of her matches in straight sets.
