MIT WOMEN’S TENNIS ASSISTANT COACH – Cambridge, MA

Will assist the head coach in the day-to-day operations including team travel, daily practice sessions and on-court coaching. Fantastic way to gain experience in all facets of the program including administration and budget/schedule management; alumni and family stewardship; recruiting; compliance, The position will include the possibility of teaching private lessons at the MIT tennis facility as well as instruction in the physical education and wellness program. 

Job Requirements
Coaching and/or playing experience, preferably at the college or university level; a bachelor’s degree. Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation

$10,000 plus the possibility of income from private lessons and stringing as well as instruction in the physical education and wellness program.
