University of Oklahoma – Women’s Tennis Graduate Assistant/ Equipment Manager


The University of Oklahoma Athletics Department is searching for a skilled graduate assistant equipment manager for women’s tennis team. The Graduate Assistant will report to the team, the Assistant AD for Equipment and Facility Operations, in addition to the specific sports designated equipment manager. The graduate assistant will assist with the duties below:

  • Work alongside with Equipment Manager to order, store and maintain inventory of all team equipment; washing/distributing laundry; managing team’s stringing needs
  • Practice set up and tear down
  • Away competition equipment packing
  • Assist the coaching staff with daily in office operations, travel arrangements, post-travel reports, and team meal coordination. 

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.  Must be current or incoming OU Graduate Student. Applicants need not be admitted into the Graduate College to apply. However, no offer of employment will be extended without verification of Graduate College and program acceptance and enrollment.


  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer service experience


Previous collegiate tennis experience; bilingual
