University of South Alabama – Women’s Tennis Graduate Assistant


The University of South Alabama is seeking a Graduate Assistant for our Women’s Tennis program. This position reports directly to the Head Women’s Tennis Coach and is responsible for assisting in all aspects and facets of a successful athletics program at the NCAA Division I level. The Graduate Assistant will ensure compliance with all Department, University, NCAA, and Sun Belt Conference policies, procedures, and regulations.

Assists head coach in organizing, preparing, and conducting individual and team practices, training, and competition, ensuring that all appropriate safety guidelines and standards are maintained.  

Assists in the identification and recruitment of potential student-athletes for the tennis program, in accordance with Sun-Belt and NCAA rules, regulations, guidelines, and standards. Provides assistance in the coordination and administration of the overall program, as required. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.  

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama, possession of a valid driver’s license and maintenance of a driving record sufficient to maintain insurance coverage under the University of South Alabama.
