Eight of the nation’s top Division II Men’s tennis teams are set to face off in Indianapolis, In. Feb. 18-20 for the 2022 DII Men’s National Team Indoor Championship.

Featuring seven teams within the Top Ten of the Jan. 20 DII Men’s ITA Preseason Top 25 Coaches Poll, this year’s field features many storied DII programs in what is sure to be a weekend filled with fierce competition.

Coming in as the No. 1 seed in the 2022 ITA Indoor Championship is the 2021 DII NCAA National Champions Barry, who will look to get out to a fast start this weekend in hopes of taking home their first-ever ITA Indoor Championship.

Columbus State (No. 2) is back for the 2022 ITA Indoor Championship after being crowned ITA Indoor Champions in each of the first two years of this event in 2020 and 2021.

Hawai’i Hilo (No. 4) and North Georgia (No. 7) will each make their first appearance at the ITA Indoor Championships in 2022 after they each had excellent finishes to their 2021 campaigns this past Spring.

Tournament play is set to begin at 8 a.m. (EST) on Friday, February 18 with the Championship match being played on Sunday, February 20 at 2:30 pm (EST).

The ITA National Team Indoor Championship is a single-elimination event, but all participating teams are guaranteed three matches.

All fans in attendance at the 2022 ITA DII Men’s National Team Indoor Championship are required to wear a mask at all times when in the UIndy Tennis Complex. Social distancing is encouraged and spectator viewing will be available on Court 4 with bleacher seating.
