Position Summary

Elon University is seeking an Assistant Women’s Tennis Coach. This position will work with the Women’s Tennis program to provide support during practice sessions and during competition. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.

General Purpose of Position

Assist the Head Women’s Tennis coach in all aspects of the NCAA Division 1 program. Assist with other duties as requested. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and recruit potential student-athletes.
2. Organize and conduct practices and individual lessons.
3. Assist in overseeing specific strength and conditioning programs.
4. Plan and organize team travel.
5. Perform administrative duties as requested.
6. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.
