CARY, NC. – After over a week of play from the Cary Tennis Park, the Singles and Doubles Finals are now set at the 2022 ITA Women’s All-American Championships, as local schools place representatives in both the Singles and Doubles Championships.

North Carolina’s Fiona Crawley continued her dominant run in the Singles Main Draw on Saturday, earning a 6-3, 6-3 win over teammate Carson Tanguilig in today’s Semifinal matchup. The No. 21 ranked singles player in the Division I Women’s ITA Collegiate Tennis National Preseason Rankings, Crawley looks to become the first Tar Heel to win the ITA All-American Singles Championship since Jamie Loeb did so in 2013.

The junior from San Antonio, Texas continues to prove to be a tough player to take down, as over her first two seasons with the Tar Heels, Crawley holds a 77-8 overall singles record and has taken down numerous ranked opponents both individually as well as in dual-match play.

Set to face Crawley in the Singles Championship is LSU’s Kylie Collins. Collins cruised to a straight set victory today over Anika Yarlagadda (North Carolina) and is looking to claim her first individual championship at the All-American Championships if she can take down Crawley.

After transferring over from Texas after the end of the 2022 Spring season, Collins continued to elevate her game with the Tigers this Fall, entering the All-American Championships as the No. 24 ranked singles player in the Division I Women’s ITA Collegiate Tennis National Preseason Rankings.

For those looking to attend the Women’s Singles Final, play will begin at 10 am (EST) from Cary Tennis Park. Crawley and Collins will square off from the Stadium Court, and admission into the tournament will be free of charge.

In doubles, NC State’s duo of Nell Miller and Amelia Rajecki won a hard-fought Semifinal match today, taking down the Arizona State pairing of Domenika Turkovic and Patricija Spaka 6-7, 6-2, 10-4 in today’s match.

As the 2022 NCAA Doubles Champion, Nell Miller has continued her doubles dominance to start the fall, pairing up with new partner Rajecki this season after fellow 2022 NCAA Doubles Champion and teammate Jaeda Daniel graduated this past spring.

It will be Michigan on the other side of the Doubles Championship as Kari Miller and Jaedan Brown will face off with the NC State pairing as they remain as the only qualifying player/team still playing in either the Singles or Doubles Main Draw.

Taking down numerous ranked teams en-route to the Finals, Miller and Brown will look to make it eight straight wins in Cary if they are able to take down Miller and Rajecki tomorrow.

The Doubles Final will take place immediately following the conclusion of the Singles Final from Cary Tennis Park. Play will be held on stadium court with plenty of space for fans to watch the action.

For those who cannot make it to Cary Tennis Park tomorrow, you can follow along with the action through the Cracked Racquets CrossCourt Cast or the numerous PlaySight cameras from Cary. The day will get started with singles play before switching over to doubles play once singles play concludes.
