Angelo State University is now accepting applications for a graduate assistant to join the Belles Tennis coaching staff for the 2023-2024 season. This position will assist Head Coach Jason Potthoff in all aspects of running a nationally-ranked Division II women’s tennis program. Preference will be given to applicants who intend to seek a career as a college tennis coach, have a background or interest in strength & conditioning and/or sport psychology, and know how (or are willing to learn how) to string racquets.
Compensation includes a Graduate School tuition and fees waiver for up to 6 credit hours per semester, plus a $10,000 stipend paid over nine months, September through May.
This position will run from September 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024 and can be extended for an additional year at the Head Coach’s discretion.
