Mark Booras, the long-time head men’s tennis coach at Tulane University, has recently received a heart transplant at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, due to what was diagnosed as extreme heart failure in late April.
Miraculously receiving a donor heart on May 30th, Mark is currently in recovery at the Cleveland Clinic, where he will be in the ICU for at least two more weeks, and then for an additional two to three months will need to be within five minutes of Cleveland Clinic.
