The Cardinal nabs the No. 1 spot with Arthur Fery. The United Kingdom native entered signing day with the highest UTR among incoming college freshmen. In 2019, Fery was a doubles semifinalist at the Wimbledon Boy’s Championships. Fery is joined on the list by teammate Tristan Boyer. Hailing from California, Boyer was rated the No. 1 recruit in the country for three years straight during his junior career.
Coming in at No. 2 on the list is Arizona’s Gustaf Strom. He is the highest ranked player to ever commit to the Wildcats. Strom was the No. 1 junior from Sweden and was a finalist in doubles at the 2018 Orange Bowl.
