ROME, GA. – For the sixth consecutive year, the nations top singles and doubles players from the Division II, III, NAIA, and JUCO levels will converge at the Rome Tennis Park to take part in the 2022 ITA Cup

Featuring over 250 student-athletes from across the country, the ITA Cup serves as the only individual championship for the Division II and NAIA levels, and has a rich history that dates back to 1986 when the event was called the National Small College Championships.

With players guaranteed at least three matches each at the ITA Cup, the Division II, III, and NAIA draws feature a 16-player and 16-team draw, while the Junior College draw will feature a 8-player and 8-team draw at this year’s ITA Cup.

Earning spots through ITA Small College Regional Championship play as well as at-large berths, the ITA Cup offers up a unique opportunity for many players and teams to face the best-of-the-best from outside their region for the only time outside of the NCAA Tournament.

This year, play will get underway on Thursday from the award-winning Rome Tennis Center and will run through Sunday when the final National Singles and Doubles Champions will be crowned.

Six courts will be live streamed throughout the competition, and for updated draws and information check out the ITA Cup event page on the ITA website.
